About Bhaskar Lama
Bhaskar Lama is the founder and visionary leader of Lead Asia, a faith-driven initiative dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming communities across Asia through education, health, and leadership development.
Born and raised in the Himalayan region of Nepal, Bhaskar’s life and calling have been shaped by his compassion for people and his strong desire to see lasting change in the lives of others. Along with his wife Natalie Lama, he has devoted his life to mentoring local leaders, strengthening families, and building sustainable community programs that bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to those in need.
Now based in Austria, Bhaskar and Natalie continue to lead and support teams across Asia, while raising their three wonderful children. Together, they live out their belief that faith and practical action can transform lives and inspire others to do the same.
